IMPORTANT MORTGAGE NEWS!!!
Interest rates are on the rise immediately!
Several of our major lenders have increased their rates effective tomorrow. Some are already in place. We are expecting all lenders to follow suit within the next few days.
These hikes are significant. We have seen the 5 year fixed rate of 3.69% rise to 4.39%.
This will increase the average monthly mortgage payment by $200.00+ and cost an additional $17,000 (approx.) in interest over a 5 year term.
