It is important to know, now that the lender has your business, they WILL NOT offer you the best rate available, or, explain the different product options to you. Renewing your mortgage is just as important as obtaining the first mortgage. Canadian's will spend many hours researching the best lender and the best rate when looking for a mortgage. Why is it that we do not do the same for our renewal? Signing renewal papers may be easy, but it could cost YOU thousands.

Now that you have paid down your mortgage, you have Bargaining Power! Simply signing your renewal papers does not allow you to take advantage of this power and give you the credit you deserve for being a dedicated and loyal client to the lender.
